摘要 为解决焦炉气干法脱硫中存在的有机硫转化不彻底、催化剂消耗过大等问题,将干法脱硫系统由原来的一级加氢流程改为二级加氢流程,在提高生产运行周期、减少催化剂更换及处理时间的同时,加大了对有机硫的转化吸收,稳定并降低了合成新鲜气中总硫含量。同时解决了每年315t固体废弃物处理难题,取得节能和环保双收益。 To address the operation problems of the dry desulfurization process of the coke oven gas and to optimize this process, the original one hydrogenation process was changed into two hydrogenation process. By adopting this change, the operation cycle was increased, the time for catalyst replacement and disposal reduced, the conversion and absorption of the organic sulfur intensified and the total sulfur content in the fresh gas became stable and decreased. On top of that, the difficult problem of disposing the 315t/a solid waste was resolved. Meanwhile, the steam and power consumption during the catalyst processing was saved and the operation cost saved, as a result, both goals of energy conservation and environ- mental protection were achieved.
