摘要
通过对300t转炉耐火材料消耗及钢液碳氧浓度积的测定得到,随着转炉炉龄的增加,转炉每吨钢补炉料成本增加,每吨钢炉衬成本降低,钢水碳氧浓度积增加。从耐火材料消耗、钢质量及生产计划综合考虑,300t转炉的综合经济炉龄为5 518~7 200炉。
Through measurements on the refractory consumption of the 300 t converter and the carbon and oxygen concentration of the liquid steel it's demonstrated that with the increase of the campaign life of the converter the cost for furnace repair materials per ton steel rises and the lining cost per ton steel drops and the the concentration of carbon and oxygen in the liquid steel increases.In consideration of the refractory materials consumption,steel quality and production plan all-sidedly the more appropriate comprehensive economic lining life for the 300 t converter is 5 516~7 200 heats.
