散热器用耐缝隙腐蚀钢的开发

摘要 为改善现有钢板散热器的性能和提升薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的品种开发能力,以Q-BOP→LF→FTSR生产流程为基础,试制了散热器用耐缝隙腐蚀钢板卷,在成分设计、炼钢、连铸连轧工艺方面积累了生产经验。试生产结果表明,所开发的耐缝隙腐蚀钢卷经过退火处理后,屈服强度为230~260MPa,抗拉强度为350~360MPa,伸长率达到46.5%~49.0%,满足力学性能要求,其相对腐蚀率为现用Q235钢的50%以下,因此具有较大的市场应用前景。 Gap corrosion resistant steel plate used for radiator has been trial-produced for the first time based on Q-BOP→LF→FTSR production process flow in order to improve steel grade development ability of thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line.Production experience has been accumulated in the composition design,steel-making and thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology. Trial-production results show that the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of gap corrosion resistant steel plate after annealing are 230~260 MPa,350~360 MPa and 46.5%~49% respectively,which meet the need of this steel grade performance.The comparative corrosion rate is below 50% of Q235 steel currently in use for radiator and the gap corrosion resistant steel plate developed has better market prospect of application.
