摘要
转炉采用90%铁水加10%的自产优质废钢,通过"转炉→LF+RH→矩形坯连铸→800mm连轧机组"工艺流程,生产的高压气瓶钢34Mn2V,其化学成分稳定、波动小,有害残余元素极低,正火后钢材组织晶粒更细小,强度提高,并保持了较高的冲击韧性,提高了冲制后气瓶的安全性能。
The high pressure cylinder steel 34Mn2V is produced by process route of BOF→LF+RH→rectangular bloom CC→800mm mill using 90% hot metal and 10% home produced high quality scrap as the raw materials.The chemical compositions of the steel are more consistent and less fluctuated and their harmful residual elements extremely low and the grain size of the structure of the post normalized steel product smaller,their strength increased,higher impact ductility maintained and the security of the stamping formed cylinder improved.
