电炉用集束氧枪流动特性的数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical study on flow characteristics of the cojet oxygen lance used in electric arc furnance

摘要 应用数值模拟方法对用于生产的集束射流氧枪的射流流场进行了计算分析。比较了集束射流与传统超音速射流的特性,讨论了结构参数变化对氧枪射流特性的影响,从实际运行角度指出由于磨损造成的结构破坏对氧枪射流的影响。 The jet flow field of the cojet oxygen lance used in the production is calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation method and the characteristics of the cojet are compared with that of the conventional supersonic jet and effects of changes of the structural parameters on the characteristics of the oxygen lance jet discussed and the influence of the structure damage out of wear abrasion on the oxygen lance jet pointed out from the viewpoint of practical operation.
