摘要
以3年生红地球葡萄为试材,研究了不同架式及负载量对果实品质的影响。结果表明,立体棚架栽培的果实单粒重、可溶性固形物含量、固酸比等品质指标均高于平棚架和篱架,总酸含量低于二者;立体棚架新梢保留8~10个/m2较适宜;立体棚架叶片净光合速率(Pn)极显著高于棚架和篱架(P<0.01),并且叶片Pn与果实单粒重、总糖含量呈显著正相关。
Grapevine cv. Red Globe was employed in the study on the influence of different trellises and fruit loads on berry quality. The result showed that the cultivation style of stereo trellis could increase berry weight, TSS and the ratio of TSS to TA much more than other trellises did, but deceased acid content more. The proper number of new shoots of stereo trellis was 8- 10ind/m2. Pn rate of stereo trellis are significantly higher than those of other trellises (P〈0.01). Pn of leaves was positively correlated with weight per berry and total sugar content at P〈0.01 level.
