摘要 利用Photoshop软件可简便、准确地测量葡萄、苹果、梨等果树的花蕾大小。其原理是用数码相机拍照获取花蕾和游标卡尺的图像,利用Photoshop软件对图像进行处理,得到每厘米对应的软件表尺对应值,再用Photoshop软件中的表尺测量花蕾的纵径、横径,通过计算得到花蕾的实际纵径、横径。试验结果表明,Photoshop软件在测量硬物体时与游标卡尺结果一致,其相关系数为0.9973,该方法可准确测量各种柔软、细小物体的大小。 A simple and accurate method of measuring the size of bloom buds of grapevine, apple, pear, and some other fruit crops was developed in this study together with the application of Photoshop software. The principle was that the image of the bloom bud with a vernier caliper were first taken by digital camera, and then the images were opened by Photoshop software to calculate the ratio of one centimeter of the caliper to the units of the Photoshop's ruler. After the length, width of every bloom bud was measured using the Photoshop's ruler, and then the actual length and the width of bloom buds could be easily calculated with referring the ratio calculated as mentioned above. The analysis showed that the sizes of hard objects measured by Photoshop software were consistent with those measured with venires caliper, and their correlation coefficient was 0.9973, suggesting this method could be applicable in the accurate measurement if all kinds of soft. small objects.
