基于PC/104总线的电磁型转子自动平衡控制系统

摘要 为解决工业现场对转子自动平衡控制系统体积、可靠性及响应速度等实际要求,构建了基于PC/104总线的双盘自由旋转电磁型转子自动平衡控制系统,并给出了可相对转轴正反两个方向自由转动的双平衡盘移动控制策略。该系统可在工业现场狭小空间内就地安装,防尘抗震。实验结果表明,平衡系统移动迅速、准确,缩短了动平衡时间,提高了控制精度;该研究使转子自动平衡系统更加实用化,拓宽了其应用前景。 to resolve the industrial field actual requirements on rotor auto-balancing control system, which includes system volume, reliability, response speed and so on, free rotating bi-discs electromagnetic rotor auto-balancing control system based on PC/104 is established, and movement control strategy for the two discs which can freely rotate in both directions relative to the shaft. This system can be easily installed in a narrow space which is very common in industrial appliances. It is dust-prevention and quake-resistance. Experimental results show that this balancing system is high-speed and accurately, reduced balancing time and improved control precision. This study made rotor balancing system more practical and broadened its application prospects.
