摘要
针对协同设计的时间复杂性,给出了基于时间Petri网(time Petri net,TPN)的协同设计过程模型的形式化定义,并给出了协同设计过程TPN模型的几种基本关系模型的等价约简及时间推理规则。在此基础上,利用Delphi开发了一个仿真系统,系统中可以建立协同设计过程的TPN模型;通过输入各设计活动的时间参数,可以快速地自动推出整个过程完成的最早时间、最迟时间。最后,以链式输送机驱动装置的协同设计过程为例,建立TPN模型进行了时间推理和仿真实验。实验结果为协同设计时间安排提供了参考依据。
Aimed at the time complexity of the collaborative design, the formal definition of collaborative design process model based on TPN (time Petri net) is proposed. The equivalent simplification and time reasoning rules of several basic models in collaborative design process are given based on TPN. A simulation system is developed by Delphi, which not only can construct the model of the collaborative design process based on TPN but also can deduce the earliest and the latest finish time of the entire process automatically and quickly by the input time parameters of the activities. Finally, taking the drive set design of chain conveyor as an example, a TPN model is constructed to reason the time and the result is verified by the simulation system. The result provides a reference for the time arrangement of collaborative design.
