摘要
目的了解沧州市食品中铝污染情况。方法铬天青S分光光法测定食品中的铝含量。结果共检测样品8类224份,馒头均符合国家标准,其中铅含量超标严重的有海蜇、粉条、油条。结论油条、海蜇、粉条等的铅含量超标与制作过程添加添加剂有关,应引起有关部门的重视和对添加剂的监管。
Objective To understand the pollution situation of food aluminum contaminants in Cangzhou.Method Using Cr azure S spectral method for determination the aluminum concentration in food.Results 224 samples of eight kinds were detected,steamed bread met national standard,but jelly fish,vermicelli,cruller were seriously exceeded.Conclusions jelly fish,vermicelli and cruller unqualified relating to additives in production process,so relevant departments should value the supervision of additives.
