摘要 综述了国外高温高压(HTHP)水基钻井液的研究进展。简介了技术原理和各类HTHP水基钻井液,其中包括盐水基、重晶石加重和四氧化三锰加重HTHP水基钻井液。侧重介绍了甲酸盐基HTHP水基钻井液的原理、技术发展及应用。对重晶石加重和四氧化三锰加重HTHP水基钻井液,重点介绍了控制体系流变性、稳定性和滤失量。还给出了在德国北部、美国塔斯卡卢萨、印尼那图那海、北海、沙特阿拉伯、中国南海等油田的现场应用结果。 The progress of research on high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) water - base drilling fluid overseas is summarized, and the technical principle is introduced in this paper. HTHP waterbase drilling fluid consists of salt water base HTHP drilling fluid, barite - weighted HTHP drilling fluid and trimanganese tetroxide- weighted HTHP drilling fluid. The principle, technical development and application of formate based HTHP water- base drilling fluid are introduced as well. The barite -weighted HTHP drilling fluid and trimanganese tetroxide -weighted HTHP drilling fluid are described with the emphasis on introducing the control of the rheology, stability and filter loss of the two drilling fluids. The HTHP water - base drilling fluid has been used on the oil fields in northern German, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, USA, the Natuna Sea, North Sea, Saudi Arabia and South China Sea, etc.
