摘要
以聚合物HPAM为主剂,加入有机酚醛类交联剂和有机复配稳定剂,制备了高温弱凝胶调驱体系。考察了聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度、稳定剂浓度、温度、矿化度及pH对成胶性能的影响。确定了弱凝胶体系的最佳适用条件:聚合物HPAM浓度1 200~1 800 mg/L,交联剂浓度800 mg/L;稳定剂浓度80 mg/L,体系pH为6~8,在此条件下可耐油藏高温达110℃。弱凝胶体系可实现成胶时间可控,凝胶强度可调。
A thermostable weak gel profile modification system was prepared with HPAM, the main component, phenolic aldehyde crosslinker and organic compound stabilizer. The effect of polymer concentration, crosslinker concentration, stabilizer concentration, temperature, salinity and pH on the gelling property was studied. The optimum conditions for preparing the weak gel system were identified as follows: concentration of polymer HPAM 200 to 1 800 mg/L, concentration of crosslinker 800 mg/L, concentration of stabilizer 80 mg/L, pH of the system 6 to 8. The weak gel system can bear the temperature of oil reservoir that is as high as 110 ℃. The gelation time of the weak gel system can be controlled, and the gel strength can be adjusted.
