阿德福韦酯胶囊单用及其与扶正化瘀胶囊联用治疗慢乙肝的临床疗效

Effects of adefovir dipivoxil capsules single and combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的评价阿德福韦酯胶囊(核苷酸类似物)联合扶正化瘀胶囊(活血化瘀中药)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将116例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组(每组58例),治疗组服用阿德福韦酯胶囊及扶正化瘀胶囊;对照组单用阿德福韦酯胶囊。观察用药前及用药后24,48周时的肝生化指标、HBVDNA载量、肝纤维化指标及肝脏影像学等变化。结果治疗后2组患者肝生化指标、HBV DNA载量、肝纤维化指标、肝脏影像学均有不同程度的好转。治疗组ALT、AST的下降与ALB的上升幅度较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组HBVDNA阴转率为51.7%,明显高于对照组(41.3%)。结论阿德福韦酯胶囊和扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗乙肝优于单用阿德福韦酯胶囊。

Objective To investigate the effect of adefovir dipivoxil capsules single and it combined Fuzheng Huayu capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods One hundred sixteen cases of chronic hepatitis B patients divide randomly into two groups （n = 58, trial group taking adefovir capsule ＋ Fuzheng huayu capsulle ） and control group （n = 58, adefovir dipivoxil capsule, single）. The biochemical and fibrosis indexs in liver were determined by immunoassay after treatment with drugs for 24,48 weeks. Results The biochemical and fibrosis indexs in liver was improved after treatment in two groups. The ALT and AST decreased in trial group more than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The negative response rate of HBV DNA was 51.7% , 41.3% in trial group and control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of adefovir capsule combined Fuzheng Huayu capsule for the patients with hepatitis B is obviously better than using adefovir capsule alone.
