解放军307医院2007—2009年抗肿瘤药中药制剂应用分析

Utilization of antineoplastic traditional Chinese drugs in 307 Hospital of PLA during the period 2007-2009

目的了解中药制剂在我院肿瘤治疗中的地位和作用。方法用回顾性调查方法,统计抗肿瘤中药制剂的用药频度(DDDS)、数量金额排序和在各类肿瘤治疗中的应用、分布及药物不良反应现状。结果用药频度排序前3位的药品依次为健脾益肾颗粒、复方苦参注射液和复方斑蝥胶囊,用药金额排序前3位的药品依次为参芪扶正注射液、康艾注射液和消癌平注射液。其中健脾益肾颗粒和复方苦参注射液在乳腺癌和淋巴瘤治疗中应用最多;复方斑蝥胶囊主要应用于肺癌和淋巴转移治疗。抗肿瘤中药制剂涉及的不良反应6例。结论中药制剂在本院抗肿瘤治疗中占据重要地位,但应进一步规范其临床使用,加强用药安全性和经济性。

Objective To discuss the role and the action of antineoplastic traditional Chinese drugs in the treatment of cancer. Methods By a retrospective review, drugs （DDDs） were calculated, the amount and consumption sum were ranged and adverse drugs reaction （ADR） reports were collected to evaluated the application and the distribution of all sorts of drugs in cancer therapy. Results The top 3 drugs on DDDs value were Jianpiyishen grain , Compound Kushen injection and Compound Banmao capsule. The top 3 drugs on consumption sum were Shenqi- fuzheng injection, Kangai injection and Xiaoaiping injection. Jianpiyishen grain and compound Kushen injection were used in most cancer therapy , especially for galactophore cancer and lymph cancer. Compound Banmao capsule were most used in lung cancer and lymph transfer cancer. 6 ADR reports were concerned. Conlusion The application of antineoplastic Traditional Chinese drugs played an important role in cancer therapy , but more criterion should be prepared to ensure the safety and economy in using drugs.
