By the statistical date of Temperature and Precipitation nearly 10 years（2000-2009） and over（1959-2009） and during the main crops growth（form May to september）,The variation Temperature and Precipitation of different months and years was analyzed.So that we could understand the characteristics of climatic variation and cause of disaster weather,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure of prevention.
