安格斯牛、海福特牛和中国西门塔尔牛的部分胴体性状比较分析 被引量:12

摘要 选用体重为150kg左右的30头安格斯牛、30头海福特牛和28头中国西门塔尔牛,屠宰后对其胴体的眼肌面积、眼肉重和背膘厚进行比较.结果表明:安格斯牛的眼肌面积显著高于海福特牛(P<0.05);海福特牛眼肉重显著高于中国西门塔尔牛(P<0.05);安格斯牛和海福特牛的背膘厚极显著高于中国西门塔尔牛(P<0.01),而安格斯牛与海福特牛之间的背膘厚差异不显著(P>0.05.) 30 Angus and 30 Hereford and 28 Chinese Simmental cattles with an average body weight of 150 kg were used in this study to determine the normal values of some carcass traits.The results showed that the eye muscle area in Angus cattles were higher(P0.05)with Hereford cattles;the eyes meat weight in Hereford Cattles were higher(P0.05) with Chinese Simmental cattlest,he backfat thickness weight in Angus and Hereford cattles were higher(P0.01)with Chinese Simmental cattles(P0.01),and the backfat thickness was not significantly related between the Angus cattles and the Hereford cattles(P0.05).
