摘要
目的:改进抗脂质过氧化药物实验方法;选出丙二醛(MDA)水平最高的脏器.方法:采用体外实验法,以吸光度为指标选出主要脏器中丙二醛水平较高的脏器.选出处死动物的方法.选出最佳抗脂质过氧化药物的实验方法.选出丙二醛水平最高的脏器.结果:脑、肾、脾中丙二醛水平较高;采血后取脏器的处死方法比用麻醉药处死方法测得的丙二醛水平高;A因素(P<0.01;)B因素(P>0.05;)C因素(P>0.05);脑中丙二醛水平最高.结论:多次实验证明丙二醛在大鼠脑中的水平最高.大鼠各主要脏器中丙二醛水平有显著差异(P<0.01.)此方法和条件为抗脂质过氧化药物的进一步研究提供试验依据.
Objective: To improve the drug trials method of anti-lipid peroxide;to screen out the organ of the highest level of malondialdehyde(MDA.) Methods: By in vitro method,using absorbency as an index to screen out the organs of higher level of MDA in the main organs of rats,using t test to screen out the optimal animal execution way,using orthogonal test to screen out the best experimental method of anti-lipid peroxides,using t test to screen out the organ of highest level of MDA.Results: There were high levels of MDA in brain,kidney and spleen,MDA levels in the execution way through taking the organs after blood samples were higher than the execution way through anesthetic,A factor(P0.01,) B factor(P0.05,) C factors(P0.05),and the highest levels of MDA was in brain.Conclusion: Repeated tests prove that the highest level of MDA is in rat brain,MDA levels are significantly different(P0.01) in rat major organs.The methods and conditions provide an experimental basis for further research on anti-lipid peroxide.
