D-二聚体在血栓疾病中的应用探讨

Approach to the Application of D-dimer in Thrombotic Disease

D-二聚体是交联纤维蛋白的降解产物,反映人体凝血和纤溶系统的激活,在血栓性疾病中D-二聚体的含量都升高.近年来,D-二聚体的测定在脑梗死的诊断、排除深静脉血栓栓塞症(DVT)和肺栓塞(PE)以及弥慢性血管内凝血(DIC)的诊断,相比于其他实验,简单快速且敏感.本文总结了D-二聚体在血栓性疾病中的应用.

D-dimer is the degradation products of cross-linked fibrin,it can reflect the coagulation of human blood and the activation of fibrinolytic system,D-dimer concentrations were all increased in thrombotic diseases.In recent years,D-dimer assay were widely used in diagnosis of cerebral infarction,ruling out deep venous thromboembolism（DVT,） pulmonary embolism（PE） and disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC）.Compared with other tests,it has simple,rapid and sensitive advantages.This paper summarizes the application of D-dimer in thrombotic diseases.
