电子膨胀阀在冷水机中的应用改进

The improvement of electrical expansion valve usage on Chiller

电子膨胀阀在冷水机系统中一般作为控制过热度的工具，用于调整系统的效率及控制系统制冷输出，但是往往由于受到过热度限制而不能达到理想的温度控制，本文中将电子膨胀阀作为旁通阀使用，利用热力膨胀阀自主调整过热度，达到了比较理想且稳定的控制效果。

At chiller system usually the electrical expansion valve was taken as the tool to control the superheat,which would adjust the system efficiency and cooling output,however,this kind of system could not achieve a perfect temperature accuracy control because of the limitation of superheat. The electrical expansion valve was taken as by pass function at this paper,and use a thermal expansion valve for the control of superheat,the result is perfect.
