随着计算机应用水平的提高和各种信息平台的应用，如何有效预防计算机病毒，成为必须面对的一个现实问题。本文本文从计算机病毒的基本概念入手，对计算机病毒病毒、程序基本规律和现象进行分析，给出了病毒防治方法。
