基于MCU的E型热电偶热电势精密测定

摘要 介绍E型热电偶热电势测定系统。采用集成数字温度传感器进行冷端测温;E型热电偶进行被测端(热端)测温,经过前置放大、模数转换(A/D)后传送到微控制器(MCU)计算处理。在开关控制下,数字显示热电势和温度等信息。该系统测温方便、测温范围宽、测温精密、适应性强、稳定性强。经测定温度测量范围在-55℃~125℃,误差≤±0.25%t。 The thermoelectric-potential determining system of E-type thermocouple based on MCU is introduced in this paper. The cold end temperature is measured by an integrated digital temperature sensor and the hot end temperature is measured by an E-type thermocouple. After being pre-amplified and A/D transformed, the signals are transferred to the MCU and processed by it. Finally the thermoelectric potential and temperature are displayed on the digital displayer. The temperature measuring system has many advantages, such as strong adaptability , wide measuring range , high measuring accuracy, and strange stability . According to the tests, the temperature measuring range is from- 55℃ to 125℃ and the error is less than +0.25%.
