盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效观察

On the therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride in treating chronic periodontitis

目的:评价盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性牙周炎的患者68例,共120颗患牙,分为试验组(60颗牙用盐酸米诺环素软膏)和对照组(60颗牙用碘甘油),试验前后检查牙龈指数和牙周袋深度,结合临床症状进行综合评价。结果:用药4周后,试验组牙龈指数和牙周袋深度明显好转,临床疗效综合评价,试验组优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效显著,具有一定的临床运用价值。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride on chronic periodontitis.Methods： 120 teeth of 68 patients dagnosed as chronic periodontitis were divided as the experimental group（60 teeth） treated by minocycline hydrochloride） and the control group（60 teeth） treated by iodoglycerin.The effect of medicines were comprehensively evaluated combining the clinical symptoms with gingival index and the depth of periodontal pocket which were examined before and after treatment.Results： The status of patients with chronic periodontitis in experimental group were greatly improved after 4-week treatment,which was better than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Minocycline hydrochloride shows significant effect on treating patients with chronic periodontitis.
