上颌埋伏阻生尖牙应用螺旋CT定位诊断的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT在上颌埋伏阻生尖牙定位诊断中的应用价值。方法:对22例(27颗)上颌埋伏阻生尖牙行轴位螺旋CT容积扫描,利用GEAW 4.1工作站对数据进行图像后处理,以获得任意方向的三维立体图像或任意曲面断层图像。对埋伏牙进行外科-正畸联合治疗。结果:螺旋CT三维重建可以从多个角度清晰地显示出所有埋伏阻生尖牙位置、形态、大小、萌出方向及与周围组织的关系。依据扫描结果制定治疗计划,26颗埋伏阻生尖牙取得了预期的临床效果。结论:螺旋CT三维重建技术弥补了传统X线片的不足,能全方位地展示埋伏尖牙,在上颌埋伏阻生尖牙的定位诊断中具有很高的应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the application value of spiral CT to the locatization diagnosis of impacted maxillary canines.Methods: 27 impacted maxillary canines of 22 patients underwent spiral CT volume scans,and image postprocessing was performed on the GEAW 4.1 workstation to obtain the three dimensional(3-D) images or arbitrary surface tomographic images.Then,the impacted maxillary canines were conducted surgery-orthodontic treatment.Results: The location,shape,size,eruption orientation of the impacted maxillary canines and their relationships with the surrounding tissues can be clearly seen from every angle through the 3-D reconstruction of spiral CT.The therapeutic plan was made according to the scans,and expected clinical effect was achieved for 26 impacted maxillary canines.Conclusion: The 3-D reconstruction technique of spiral CT has made up for the insufficiency of traditional X-ray,through which the impacted maxillary canines can be clearly observed.Therefore,the 3-D reconstruction technique of spiral CT can be of high application value in localization diagnosis of impacted maxillary canines.
