广西高校教师亚健康状况的调查研究

Survey and research on sub-health status of teachers in guangxi institutions of higher learning

目的:调查广西高校教师亚健康现状,了解其主要影响因素,并探索其防治对策。方法:随机选择2 000名南宁市高校教师作为调查对象,设计亚健康状态问卷调查表,对所选对象进行了调查,对其结果进行分析并行2χ检验和logistic回归分析。结果:广西高校教师亚健康发生率为67%,其影响因素涉及工作、生活多方面,其中以劳动强度过大为主。结论:广西高校教师的亚健康状况不容乐观,应当引起各方面的重视。

Objective： To investigate the sub-health status of teachers in Guangxi institutions of higer learning,its main influential factors and its prevention and treatment as well.Methods： 2000 university teachers in Nanning city were randomly selected as the subjects.Questionnaires of sub-health were designed for all the subjects,and then the results were conducted χ2 test Logistic regression analysis.Results： The occurrence rate of sub-health for teachers in Guangxi institutions of higher learning was 67%.The influential factors involved many aspects,such as work and life,of which,labor intensity was the main factor.Conclusion： The sub-health status of the university teachers can not be ignored and should arouse our attention.
