改革开放以来,我国行政体制改革取得了巨大成绩,但是,行政改革还需要继续深入,党中央、国务院适时提出了建设服务型政府的战略。本文就是在这一背景下探讨在少数民族地区如何建构服务型政府,以实现少数民族地区公共行政范式的战略转变。

Since reform and opening,China has made great achievements administrative reform,but Administrative reforms need to continue in-depth,the State Council put forward in due course the Government＇s strategy for building service-oriented.This article is in this context of how to construct in minority areas,service-oriented government,in order to achieve the strategic minority areas of public administration paradigm shift.
