摘要
介绍多组大功率LED级联作为标准源使用时存在的主要问题,指出温度是影响LED光通量稳定性的主要原因。采用正向电压法测量结温并通过单片机温控系统将结温稳定在一定范围内的实验表明,结温对LED光辐射功率有直接影响,若保持结温恒定,光辐射功率将随电流增大线性增加。
The problem of multiple high-power LEDs is junction temperature.Temperature is the main reason for the stability of LED luminous flux.The junction temperature of high-power LED array is accurately measured based on forward-voltage method and controlled by single-chip microcomputer.The results show that the radiation power is directly influenced by the junction temperature,and the radiation power increases linearly with the increase of current when keeping junction temperature constant.
