摘要
实验对比了涂粉工艺对螺旋灯光色电参数的影响。结果表明,采用旋转涂粉工艺的螺旋灯荧光粉涂层均匀,荧光粉用量减少20%以上,100 h光效和2 000 h光通维持率均提高约5%。讨论了当前旋转涂粉设备的开发现状和存在的问题,提出新的工艺方法和设备设计思路。
The effect of coating technique on photometric,chromatic and electric parameters are compared for spiral compact fluorescent lamps(CFL) made by translational and rotating coating.The phosphor weight will reduce 20% with uniform coating layer,and the luminous efficacy at 100 h and lumen maintenance at 2,000 h will increase about 5% for spiral CFL made by rotating phosphor coating.The current status and problem are discussed for rotating coating facilities.New technique and idea for facilities design are shown.
