摘要
介绍了从建立气囊几何模型、有限元模型,到使用MADYMO软件与车身系统集成并进行仿真的可行方法,选取了气囊泄气孔直径、质量流动率、材料透气率3个参数进行优化分析,使用C-NCAP评分规则作为标准,最后得出了适合该气囊的一组较优参数。将此规律应用于整体模型,不但提高了安全气囊的保护性能,而且总结出了实用的安全气囊性能优化方法。
The process from establishment of airbag geometric bag,finite element model to application of MADYMO to integrate with body system and simulation is introduced in the paper.Three parameters including size of airbag venting hole,mass flow rate and material permeating rate are chosen for optimization analysis,and C-NCAP assessment rule is used as criteria,finally a group of optimal parameters suitable for this airbag are derived.Application of this rule to the integral model not only improves protection property of airbag,but also a practical optimization method of airbag is concluded.
