摘要
根据已有钣金结构驾驶室模型建立了同尺寸驾驶室拓扑优化的基结构,以质量为约束,以加权柔顺度最小为目标,对其进行多工况拓扑优化。根据拓扑优化结果,采用矩形截面杆件构建框架式驾驶室,并应用正交试验方法合理选取矩形截面杆件的截面尺寸,为货车驾驶室的开发提出了一种全新的设计方法。
In accordance with the existing cab model,the basic structure of a cab with the same dimension with topological optimization was built,and it was optimized with quality as constraints and the minimum weighted complaisance as objective in the multi-condition topology optimization,then frame-type cab using rectangular cross-section beams according to the results of such topology optimization is constructed.Finally,the cross-section dimensions of the rectangular section beam were selected based on orthogonal test,proposing a new design method for truck cab development.
