复合敏感紧急锁止式汽车安全带锁止性能的研究

The Study of the Emergency Locking Retractor for Vehicle Safety Belt Locking Performance

针对GB14166——2003《机动车成年乘员用安全带和约束系统》强制性标准要求,研究了复合敏感紧急锁止式卷收器结构及实现锁止性能的工作原理。建立了车感、带感、倾斜锁止机构的运动方程,并根据实际应用要求对其进行了优化,设计了一组锁止性能目标值,确定了相应的结构参数。应用所建立的锁止机构运动方程得到的锁止性能目标值均符合标准要求。

This paper studies the structure of emergency locking retractor for vehicle safety belt and the working principle of locking performance in accordance with the standard GB14166-2003 ＂Safety belt and restraint system used for adult occupant in motor vehicles＂.It establishes the movement equations of the vehicle induction,belt induction,inclined locking mechanism,and optimizes the equations according to requirement of practical application,meanwhile,it also designs a group of objective values of locking performance and defines corresponding structural parameters.The objective values obtained with the established locking mechanism movement equation can satisfy requirement of standard.
