摘要
在高温、重载、多粉尘的危险环境中,应用工业机械手来完成操作就显得尤其必要。为实现板材生产线上板材的自动搬运,设计了一套气动吸盘式工业机械手,用PLC作为主控制器,用此装置代替人工上下物料,不但减轻了工人的劳动强度,还大大提高了劳动生产率。
In certain high-temperature,over-loading and multi-dust dangerous environment,industrial manipulator applications is more essential.To transit plates automatically,the paper designs a kind of pneumatic manipulator which uses PLC as main controller.Using this manipulator to replace manpower transiting materiel can reduce the labor intensity.
