摘要
针对航空航天等飞行器仿真系统中的平台——卫星仿真磁悬浮转台的设计与实现进行研究。从磁悬浮转台应用原理、设计到实现进行了系统论述,通过工艺装配图展示了系统的实现流程,磁悬浮转台利用同性磁极互相排斥的基本原理,以磁体产生的推力来平衡转台及固定安装于其上的应用载荷的重力,使转台及其上面的应用载荷悬浮起来,可以绕转轴无摩擦地旋转。
The paper studies the design and realization of magnetic suspension turntable,which is the simulation system platform for aerospace flight vehicle.The application principle of the magnetic suspension turntable is introduced in detail,the system flow is demonstrated through the craft assembly drawing.The basic principle that two like magnetic poles repel each other is applied in the magnetic suspension turntable.The magnet thrust force balances the gravity,realizes the magnetic suspension of the turntable and the fixed installment above it,and makes the turntable revolve around the revolution axis without friction.
