摘要
在空调用滚动转子式压缩机新产品开发过程中,为判断某系列压缩机曲轴与转子过盈配合过盈量是否满足要求,文中用接触有限元法建立了曲轴与转子过盈配合的有限元模型。采用通用有限元ANSYS软件对模型进行了有限元分析,得出了转子与曲轴过盈配合状态下应力分布规律。结论表明最小过盈时转子与曲轴接触面不滑动,最大过盈时材料不失效,该系列产品过盈量满足设计要求。
In the study of new rotary compressor which is used for Air Conditioning,in order to judge whether the magnitude of interference of specified serial compressor meets the requirement,the finite element and mechanical model of the interference joint between roter and crankshaft is established by used contact-finite-element methods.The paper carries out the finite element analysis on ANSYS and attains the stress distribution in interference joint.It is concluded that the bonded surface do not move at minimum interference and the material do not fail at maximum interference meets the product design requirement.
