以行业标准为导向的课程体系建设就是以人才市场需求为导向,以能力培养为核心,构建基于职业技能培养、面向行业岗位需求的、开放的、动态的课程体系。依照应用性、关联性、区域性和前瞻性等原则,优化课程体系,实现课程网络化、公开化,满足学生个体需求和职业成长需求;加强校外实习实训基地建设,通过项目驱动、顶岗实习等形式,培养学生的实际工作能力,缩短教育与职业之间的距离;通过完善人才培养模式,整合教学资源,提高教师的整体素质,实现教学手段多样化,考核方式多元化。

The construction of industry standard-oriented curriculum system is to build the professional skills cultivationbased,industrial post demand-faced,open and dynamic curriculum system that takes talent market demand as the guidance and ability cultivation as the core.According to the principles of application,relevancy,regionality and cutting-edge,higher vocational schools should try to optimize curriculum system and achieve networking of curriculum to meet students＇ demand for professional growth;strengthen the construction of practice training base outside schools and try to cultivate students＇ working abilities and abridging the gap between education and occupation through program-driven and post practice model;integrate teaching resources,enhance teachers＇ whole qualities,achieve diversification of teaching measures,variety of examination modes through optimizing talent cultivation model.
