摘要
"校-校-企合作"打破了传统的单一校际合作或校企合作模式,既能发挥学校和企业的优势,又能共同培养社会与市场所需的人才。邯郸职业技术学院和宁波职业技术学院及东部模具企业通过实现模具专业"校-校-企合作"培养人才,实现了优势互补、平等互利和相互促进,为高职院校人才培养模式提供了可借鉴思路和依据。
The ＂school-school-enterprise cooperation＂of higher vocational education has broke the traditional inter-school cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation model,which can take advantages of schools and enterprises and cultivate the talents demanded by society and market.Handan Vocational and Technical College and Ningbo Vocational and Technical College has implemented the ＂school-school-enterprise cooperation＂talent cultivation model in mould specialty by cooperation with mould enterprises in eastern region,and the objectives of advantages complemented with each other,equality and mutual benefit and mutually enhancing were achieved,which provided reference clue and accordance for talent cultivation model reform of higher vocational schools.
