摘要
职业教育集团不具备合法"身份",是其发展和发挥作用的最大障碍,针对这一问题可以从产权配置设计和组织结构设计两方面进行创新,确定职教集团的法人地位。在此基础上依托产业集群建设大型职业教育实习基地、扩大职教集团自主招生权、鼓励职教集团进行技术开发和科技创新。
The illegal identity of vocational education group is the biggest obstacle faced by its development and function exertion.To solve this problem,the legal identity of vocational education group can be established by innovation in two aspects of property collocation design and organization structure design.On the basis of the above,the following measures can be taken：build big practice training base for vocational education depending on industrial clusters,enlarge self-enrollment power of vocational education group and encourage vocational education group to carry out technological development and innovation.
