河蟹产业快速发展实证研究——基于“中国河蟹之乡”江苏兴化永丰镇的调查

Positive research on the fast development of the river crab industry----A study based on "River crab town in China"— Yongfeng Town

近年来,随着渔业结构调整的深入,公司化、股份制等一些现代企业元素逐渐融入河蟹产业,促进了河蟹产业的发展壮大,河蟹业已成为一些地区现代农业的主导产业。江苏省兴化市永丰镇水产资源条件不具优势,其河蟹养殖历史也不长,但该镇河蟹产业迅速从小到大、从弱到强,在产业组织形式、品牌建设、产业链管理等方面取得显著成效,走出了一条河蟹产业快速发展的"永丰之路"。通过实地调研、召开座谈会以及对近5年来永丰河蟹产业发展的主要指标进行实证分析,发现永丰河蟹产业之所以能够快速发展,既有产业自身发展的内在动力,又有政府及相关部门服务的外力推动,更离不开河蟹市场需求的有力拓展。"永丰河蟹发展之路"表明,进一步做强做优河蟹产业必须十分注重发挥品牌龙头企业的引擎作用,积极实施市场开拓战略,大力发展低碳渔业。

In recent years, as the fishery structural adjustment goes deeply, such modern business elements as company and share holding system have blended into the river crab industry, which has greatly improved the development of the river crab industry and has made it the leading industry of modern fisheries in some areas. The aquatic resources in Yongfeng Town, Xinghua, Jiangsu Province are average, and its river crab breeding history is not long. But its river crab industry has quickly developed from small to large, and made obvious achievements in industrial structure, brand construction and property chain management. It has created the ＂Yongfeng Way＂ of river crab industrial fast development. Through on-the-spot investigations, discussions and main target analysis of the river crab industrial development in Yongfeng during the past five years, it is founded that the successful development of the river crab industry in Yongfeng not only lies in its inner industrial motivations and outer push from the government as well as the departments concerned, but also lies in the forceful development of the demand in the river crab market. The success of＂Yongfeng Way＂ shows that to further strengthen the river crab industry we must focus on the leading effect of brand leading enterprise, effective market development and vigorous development of low-carbon fishery.
