推进淡水养殖业可持续发展的思考

Reflection on promoting sustainable development of freshwater aquaculture

本文概述了我国淡水养殖业的重要地位与作用,分析了淡水养殖业存在的主要问题,提出了淡水养殖业可持续发展的思路。淡水养殖为广大人民群众提供了大量质优高效的动物蛋白,是"不与人争粮,不与粮争地"的高效产业,是解决农民增收的有效途径,是农业产业结构调整的重要方向。目前,我国淡水养殖业面临着池塘基础设施薄弱、产业化组织化程度低、科技成果转化率低、标准化规范化水平低等制约可持续发展的主要问题。加快池塘基础设施改造、促进经营方式转变、促进科技进步和加强标准化建设是淡水养殖业可持续发展的出路。

This article summarizes the important status and function of freshwater aquaculture in China, analyzes its major problems and puts forward the means of sustainable development. Freshwater aquaculture is a high effective industry that competes no grain with human being and competes no land with grain planting. It produces large quantities of high quality animal protein for the people. It is a valid channel for farmers to raise their income and an important orientation of agriculture industry structure adjustment. At present, the freshwater aquaculture in China is confronting with such problems, such as, poor fishpond conditions, low degree of industrialization and organization, less scientific achievements transformation, and low level of standardization. For sustainable development of freshwater aquaculture, speeding up the renovation of fishpond, changing the ways of management, accelerating scientific progress and enhancing the standardization should be implemented.
