摘要
目的探讨和胃安神法对亚健康失眠者睡眠结构的改善情况。方法 148例亚健康失眠者随机分为对照组(73例)与试验组(75例),分别采用养心安神法与和胃安神法治疗,疗程4周,治疗前后应用微动敏感床垫睡眠监测系统检测睡眠结构情况。结果对照组和试验组的睡眠结构完全改善率分别为29%和48%(P<0.05)。2组在深睡期时间、浅睡期时间、REM期时间、觉醒总时间及大于5 m in觉醒次数等方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论和胃安神法能明显改善亚健康失眠者的睡眠结构。
Objective It is to investigate the effect of therapy of harmonizing stomach and tranquilizing mind on sleep architecture of sub-healthy people with insomnia.Methods 148 cases of sub-healthy patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the control group(n=73) and the trial group(n=75),and were treated with therapy of reinforcing heart and tranquilizing mind and harmonizing stomach and tranquilizing mind respectively.The treatment courses were both 4 weeks.Before and after treatment sleep architecture of all objects were detected by micro-movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system(MSMSMS).Results The thoroughly improving rate of sleep architecture(48%) in the trial group was higher than that(29%) in the control group(P0.05).After treatment improvement of deep-sleep stage,superficial-sleep stage,REM-sleep stage,total-wakeful time and exceeding-5 min-wakening time of sleep architecture in the trial group was superior to that in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion The therapy of harmonizing stomach to tranquilizing mind can obviously improve sleep architecture of insomniacs.
