参龙宁心胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索参龙宁心胶囊对心肌缺血再灌注损伤所致大鼠心律失常模型的作用。方法将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、普罗帕酮组及参龙宁心颗粒高、中、低剂量6组,每组10只,除假手术组和模型组外,其余各组分别灌胃给予相应药物。末次给药1 h后采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支引起心肌缺血再灌注致心律失常,记录各组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图。实验结束后,取心肌组织行HE染色,并测定心肌组织中Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶,Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,观察各组心律失常发生率及病死率。结果参龙宁心胶囊有稳定QRS间期、PR间期的作用,对抬高的ST段有降低作用;还能显著提高线粒体膜Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶活性,显著降低缺血再灌注心律失常的发生率及病死率,减轻心肌缺血水肿。结论参龙宁心胶囊可能是通过保持缺血-再灌注心肌细胞膜稳定性,改善缺血心肌能量代谢障碍以发挥其抗心律失常作用。 Objective It is to study the effect of Shenlongningxin capsule on arrhythmia model caused by myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,propafenone group,Shenlongningxin capsule groups of high,mild and low dosage,each group had 10 rats.All the rats were given respective drugs except sham group and model group.The arrhythmia models were established by ligating anterior descending branch of coronary artery in the rats to induce ischemia-reperfusion injury.Ⅱ lead electrocardiogram was recorded in each group.After experiment,cardiac muscle tissue was gotten to do HE dyeing,and the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase of cardiac muscle was determined,and the arrhythmia incidence and mortality in each group was observed.Results Shenlongningxin capsule could prolong the duration of QRS and PR,and low down ST section,enhance the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase,significantly reduce ischemic reperfusion arrhythmias incidence and mortality,and relieve edema of myocardial ischemia in rats.Conclusion Shenlongningxin capsule has antiarrythmia function by increasing the stability of myocardial cellular membrane and improving the energic metabolism of ischemia myocardium.
