摘要
目的:探讨白细胞VCS参数在鉴别细菌和病毒感染中的应用价值。方法:采用Coulter LH750血细胞分析仪检测63例细菌感染患者,50例病毒感染患者,70例健康对照者的中性粒细胞平均体积(MNV),平均高频传导(MNC),平均激光散射(MNS)及体积分布宽度(NDW),淋巴细胞平均体积(MLV)淋巴细胞变异度(LVD),单核细胞平均体积(MMV),单核细胞变异度(MVD)。结果:细菌感染组中的MNV,MNS,NDW分别为152.21±9.72,139.36±8.72,24.76±5.23健康对照组中的MNV,MNS,NDW分别为140.08±3.53,147.35±3.13,19.02±1.38病毒感染组中的MLV,LVD,MMVMVD分别为93.39±6.09,19.91±2.01,164.89±2.07,17.81±3.21健康对照组中的MLV,LVD,MMVMVD分别为87.43±2.02,14.42±1.13,158.47±1.92,5.58±3.00。上述各项指标与健康对照组相比有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:VCS技术可以检测异常白细胞的形态学改变,在诊断感染性疾病中有特殊意义。
Objective:To investigate the application of VCS parameters of leukocyte in the identification of bacterial infection and virus infection.Methods: The subjects consisted of 63 patients with bacterial infection,50 patients with virus infection and 70 health controls.The VCS parameters were examined with Coulter LH 750 hematology analyzer.The parameters examined including mean channel of neutrophil volume(MNV),mean channel of neutrophil conductivity(MNC),mean channel of neutrophil scatter(MNS),neutrophil volume distribution width(NDW),mean channel of lymphocyte volume(MLV),lymphocyte variation distribution(LVD),mean channel of monocyte volume(MMV),monocyte variation distribution(MVD).Results: The results of bacterial infection group were as follows: MNV 152.21±9.72,MNS 139.36±8.72,NDW 24.76±5.23.The results of control group were as follows: MNV 140.08±3.53,MNS 147.35±3.13,NDW 19.02±1.38.The results of virus infection group were as follows: MNV 87.43±2.02,LVD 14.42±1.13,MMV 158.47±1.92,MVD 5.58±3.00.They were both significantly different compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusion: The VCS technology can detect the morphologic change of abnormal.The VCS have a particular significance in leukocyte diagnose infect disease.
