摘要
目的:建立一种适用日常、准确检测食品中铝的分析方法。方法:采用干法灰化消化,以K2Cr2O7为基体改剂,优选波长,干燥、灰化、原子化温度,建立工作曲线,对样品进行测定。结果:在0~800.0μg/L线性范围内,相关系数:R=0.9996,检出限:3.2μg/L加标回收率:92.1%~104.8%,相对标准偏差(RDS)均小于5%。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、回收率好、结果准确、可作为日常大批量食品中铝分析方法。
Objective:Establish an applicable daily and accurate detection of provisions for aluminum method.Methods:Use dry ash of digestion,with K2Cr2O7 for Matrix modifier,the optimal wavelength,dry,grey melt,the atomic transition temperature,establish the curve,the determination of the samples.Results:In 0 ~ 800.0 ug/L linear range,the correlation coefficient: R=0.9996.The inspection methods: 3.2 μg/L,the recovery rate of: 92.1%~104.8%,relative standard deviation(RDS) are less than 5%.Conclusion: This method is easy to operate,high sensitivity,recovery,and good results are accurate and which can be used as daily mass provisions stacking-type analysis method.
