Determination of chlorite and chlorate in drinking water using Ion chromatography

摘要 目的:应用离子色谱检测方法测定生活饮用水中亚氯酸盐及氯酸盐。方法:水样经色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:本方法线性良好,亚氯酸盐r=0.9992,样品加标平均回收率为89.5%~98.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.84%~2.08%,最低检出限为0.15 mg/L。氯酸盐r=0.9998,样品加标平均回收率为95.7%~99.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.11%~1.23%,最低检出限为0.24 mg/L。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高、干扰少,取得满意结果。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of chlorate and chlorite in drinking water by ion chromatography.Methods: The water sample was separated by chromatographic column,determined by conductivity detector,retention time determine the nature,peak area fix quantify.Results: This method had good linearity,Chlorite(r=0.9992),the sample average recoveries rates were 89.5%~98.9%,the RSD was 0.84~2.08% and detection limit was 0.15 mg/L.Chlorate(r=0.9998) the sample average recoveries rates were 95.7%~99.3%,the RSD was 1.11%~1.23% and detection limit was 0.24 mg/L.Conclusion: This method is sensitive,accurate and fast.
