摘要
目的:建立准确、灵敏的天然饮用矿泉水中有机锗的原子荧光光谱测定方法。方法:用氢化物原子荧光光谱法检测经阴离子交换柱分离得到的有机锗。结果:在优化好的实验条件下测定天然饮用矿泉水中有机锗的含量,方法精密度为1.4%~5.1%,方法检出限为0.58μg/L(以Ge计),回收率为91.5%~105.8%。结论:有机锗经阴离子交换柱分离后得到有效富集,用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定,结果准确可靠,适于推广。
Objective:To establish an accurate and sensitive method for determination of organic germanium in natural drinking mineral water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods: The organic germanium separated by an anion exchange column was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results: In the optimized experimental condition,the detection limit was 0.58 μg/L,the RSDs were between 1.4% to 5.1%,the recoveries ranged from 91.5% to 105.8%.Conclusion: Organic germanium was firstly enriched effectively by an anion exchange column,and then was determined by the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The developed method is accurate and reliable,and suitable for promotion.
