摘要
目的:建立恒温消解-火焰原子吸收法测定露酒中铅的方法。方法:采用恒温消解法对试样进行消解,消解过的试样用火焰原子吸收法测定铅的含量。结果:铅含量在0.00~4.00μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9998,本法检出限为0.039μg/ml,相对标准偏差0.7%~2.5%,加标回收率在92.0%~97.3%之间。结论:方法简便灵敏,精密度良好,适用于露酒中铅的测定,有实用价值。
Objective:To establish constant temperature digestion-FAAS for determination of lead in liqueur.Methods: Sample was constant temperature digested before the content of lead was determinated by FAAS.Results: The lead in liqueur was liner in the range of 0.00~4.00 μg/ml,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the detection limit was 0.039 μg/ml with the relative standard deviation 0.7%~2.5% and the recovery 92.0%~97.3%.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and precise,it is suitable for the determination of lead in liqueur.
