摘要 目的:建立快速测定面制品中Al的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法。方法:采用微波消解法对面制品进行前处理,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝的含量。结果:在0~60 ng/ml的线性范围内,相关系数r=0.9997,方法的最低检出限为0.047 mg/kg,样品的加标回收率在92%~98%,RSD为1.6%~1.9%。结论:本方法样品前处理简单、快速、试剂用量少,检测结果准确度高、精密度好,能满足食品中Al含量的测定要求,值得日常监督中推广使用。 Objective:To establish a method for rapid determination of Aluminum in flour food by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods: The aluminum was analyzed by GFAAS after microwave digestion of samples in flour food.Results: The linear range of Aluminum was 0~60 ng/ml,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,the lowest detection limit of the method was 0.047 mg/kg,the average recovery of standard addition was 92%~98%,RSD 1.6%~1.9%.Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid of sample preparation with less reagent,high accuracy and precision of test results in flour food to meet food requirements of the determination of Aluminum,it is worthy to promote the use.
