替加环素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过研究替加环素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抗菌活性,为临床治疗、控制感染提供依据。方法:对临床分离并鉴定的100株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌进行替加环素的纸片扩散法(K-B法)药敏试验。结果:100株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈均>19 mm,对替加环素均为敏感。结论:替加环素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑菌效果,临床可根据微生物实验室检测结果与本地区用药特点相结合,控制剂量,将替加环素合理应用于耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的临床感染。 Objective:To study the antibiotic susceptibility of Tigecycline on MRSA.Methods: Antimicrobial susceptibility was determined by disk diffusion test(K-B method).Results: The distrubution of MIC of 100 strains MRSA is19 mm,100% of MRSA were susceptible to Tigecycline.Conclusion: Tigecycline show excellent activity against all MRSA.It may be a good choice for clinicians to treat MRSA.
