Research on the techniques of purifying tegillarca granosa linnaeus with ozone

摘要 目的:泥蚶的净化效果及净化后的泥蚶在低温下保存的存活率。方法:采用臭氧对泥蚶净化处理,对用臭氧净化处理泥蚶按食品GB4789-2010进行相关致病菌的检测观察净化效果。结果:臭氧浓度为0.4 mg/L、0.8 mg/L、1.6 mg/L作用24 h,对泥蚶体内细菌总数平均降低率依次分别为94.62%、90.77%、78.84%,大肠菌群与致病菌则由净化前的超标至净化后的全面达标(GB 18406.4-2001)。净化后的泥蚶在5℃的条件下保存,12 d以内存活率100%,且微生物指标依然达标。结论:泥蚶在臭氧浓度为0.4 mg/L以上的海水中处理24 h可达到消毒净化指标要求。 Objective:The purifying effect of Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus and their liveability in low temperature after being purified.Methods: Purify the Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus with ozone and observe the purifying effect by detecting relevant pathogens according to Food GB4789-2010.Results: The average reducing rate of total bacterial count in Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus is 94.62%,90.77%,78.84% with 0.4 mg/L,0.8 mg/L,1.6 mg/L ozone concentration working for 24 hours and the coliform and pathogens reach the mark after being purified(GB 18406.4-2001.The purified Tegillarca Granosa Linnaeus are kept under the temperature of 5 degrees.The survival rate is 100% within 12 days and the microbiological indicator still come up to the standard.Conclusion: Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus purified in seawater with 0.4 mg/L ozone concentration for 24 hours can reach the standard of purification and disinfection.
