摘要
目的:对北京市通州区2009年同一件水产品中分离到的两株副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)进行研究,明确型别差异。方法:对分离到的Vp进行神奈川试验,脲酶试验,血清分型和rDNA(核糖体核酸)指纹图谱分析。结果:Vp的神奈川试验均为阳性,其中有1株脲酶试验也为阳性,血清分型分属于2个不同的血清型别,rDNA指纹图谱分属于2个核糖型。结论:将Vp的生化性状,血清型别和分子分型的方法相结合,有助于区分不同的菌株,明确样品中Vp的型别特征。
Objective:To research two strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus(Vp) from one seafood sample on biochemical characteristic,serum subtype and molecular subtype,and elucidate the difference.Methods: To research Vp food-borne strains on Hemolysis test,Urease test,serum subtype and ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns.Results: Both Hemolysis test was positive,among which Urease test of oen strain was positive.Both Vp strains were divided into two different serotypes and ribogroups.Conclusion: Combined the biochemical characteristics,serotype with molecular subtype contribute to distinguish different strains of Vp,to definite the character of different strains.
