摘要
目的:通过测定胃癌患者化疗前后外周血中T细胞亚群膜表面的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD195、CD30表达,探讨Th1、Th2、Tc1、Tc2在胃癌化疗前后的变化。方法:运用流式细胞(FCM)技术,通过CD3+CD4+或CD3+CD8+设门,检测胃癌患者和健康对照者外周血淋巴细胞膜表面CD30,CD195获得T细胞的百分率,结合血常规获得淋巴细胞绝对浓度(单位:109/L)。结果:胃癌患者化疗前与化疗后CD3、CD8,Th1、Tc1、Tc2、Th1/Th2、TC1/TC2(P<0.05);化疗后的Th1、Th2、Tc1、Tc2(P<0.05)。结论:探讨胃癌患者Th1、Th2、Tc1、Tc2浓度变化,合理使用生物制剂,促进细胞免疫功能的恢复,为胃癌患者个体化治疗提供实验依据。
Objective:Patients with gastric cancer before and after treatment by measuring T-cell subsets in peripheral blood membrane surface CD3,CD4,CD8,CD195,CD30 content,explore the Th1,Th2,Tc1,Tc2 changes before and after chemotherapy in gastric cancer.Methods: The two-platform method,using flow cytometry(FCM) technology,the CD3/CD4 or CD3/CD8 gating,detection of gastric cancer patients and healthy controls in peripheral blood lymphocyte membrane surface CD3,CD4,CD30,CD195 was T-cell The percentage,combined with routine blood lymphocytes absolute concentration(unit: 109/L).Results: Of gastric cancer patients before and after treatment CD3,CD8,Th1,Th2,Tc1,Tc2 of the absolute concentration compared with the normal group,significant difference(P0.05);chemotherapy before and after the TH1/TH2,TC1/TC2 ratios have changed and the latter is compared with the normal control group,significant changes(P0.05);before and after chemotherapy,compared TH1/TH2,TC1/TC2 ratio increased.Conclusion: The study of gastric cancer patients with T lymphocytes Th1,Th2,Tc1,Tc2 concentration changes in the individual treatment of patients with gastric cancer provide experimental basis for.
